A duo album with promising young guitarist Shōtarō Hayashi. Since 2021, the two have been performing recitals together, and this CD serves as a testament to their collaborative efforts.

It features works from classical (Sor, Carulli, Haydn) and modern (Castelnuovo-Tedesco) periods, but the standout is the inclusion of Beethoven’s masterpiece, the ‘Moonlight Sonata’. It’s a performance worth hearing that demonstrates the infinite possibilities of the guitar duo.

Another appeal of this album is the use of two renowned instruments: Masuda plays a Hermann Hauser I (1936), and Hayashi plays a Santos Hernández (1939). Currently available exclusively at recital venues.
